About the Role:

Minetek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Service Manager to lead and manage our field service operations. The successful candidate will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and excellent customer service skills.

This role requires travel across the region (60/40) Based in either our North Sydney or Singleton office. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Travelling to various mining operations for regular on-site inspections and visits (various regions) 
Commissioning and installation of MINETEK's products, whilst providing support to customers
Providing fast turnaround solutions to all technical issues that may arise during or after post-installation
Liaising closely with key stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
Identifying opportunities for future sales/further growth through effective networking whilst on-site
About You:

A trade qualification, experience working in a similar role and highly capable in the delivery of equipment installs and troubleshooting
A knowledge of the Australian mining operations in and around the hunter valley region advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good with customers and a willingness to develop strong networks 
A willingness to learn the products, understanding their capability and associated benefits that may support further sales opportunities
Strong fault finding and independent problem-solving skills
A can-do attitude with the ability to remain productive and motivated
Prepared to spend time away from home, with occasional overnight stays interstate
